Portioned white Pecorino Primosale cheese
Fresh soft cheese, it has an intense flavor with good sapidity since, after manual pressing in baskets, it is placed in brine for 5 days and then aged for at least 10/15 days.
Widely used as a table cheese, thanks to the ease with which it melts, it is particularly suitable for preparing savory dishes such as baked pasta and pizza.
The milk used comes exclusively from Sicilian pastures and is produced without the use of preservatives.
