Tuma
A fresh soft cheese, Tuma is characterized by a delicate taste as it is produced naturally, without any added salt.
Widely used as a table cheese, thanks to the ease with which it melts it is particularly suitable for the preparation of tasty dishes such as baked pasta and pizza. The milk used to make it comes exclusively from Sicilian pastures and is produced without the use of preservatives.
